Very nice property with welcoming and helpful staff. There was some construction going on during our stay, however we can only expect once those renovations are done that the experience/stay will be even better.

The staff are extremely friendly. The pool is a great way of spending a relaxing day in Cartagena. The dessert chef is amazing! Overall great experience.
