We had an amazing time, it’s just right on the beach, family friendly, good dining options, I would go back. We stayed in both hotels torre Del Mar and casa Del Mar and both rooms were comfortable and nice!

This was a great place to stay and the staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and always smiling. Great facilities and the steam room was excellent. Lots of pools and access to the public beach. A short cab ride into town for about 25,000 pesos each way, if you want to explore. Staff is busy in maintenance mode working on the upkeep. All areas were clean and well maintained. Food selection was tasteful though a 4 star. Would return again.

It’s a big complex with 2 hotel? and 2 receptions? Confusing to figure out how they operated and so on. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly despite limited English. Had no hot water in my room. The shower handle or knob broke.
