Did not like the person selling the tours. Didn't take care of customers needs when certain events happen, i.e. raining, flooding, transportation after the tour to make sure you were taken care of.

In general I loved the hotel, the cleanliness was spectacular, the attention was very professional, highlighting the following people, Orlando at the front desk super friendly always there for us, Mrs. Natividad at the Mesanine with the breakfasts super nice and attentive; The people who cook Diego and Ariel a delicious seasoning; On the other hand, at the Bar we were served by Over, Mateo and Luis Eduardo, always with a smile and super friendly. And the New Year's Eve was spectacular. The cleaning people always saw different people, but my room 408 was always very clean. I will return to this place without a doubt. A 100 in everything. For us it was a very central place, Uber service super easy and it was not far from the places I visited by the way less than 10 minutes from the airport.

I had been enjoying the service at the hotel until I realized that my HP laptop charger was stolen. To ensure I wouldn’t notice, it was swapped with a Chinese brand charger. Unfortunately, I only noticed this when I got home, as I didn’t need to use my laptop charger during my stay at the hotel. I always left it in the closet, under my clothes, which means the person who cleaned the room went through my things and put them back exactly as I had left them. I’m extremely upset to have been a victim of theft inside the hotel, which obviously reflects very poorly on the staff. Not everyone may be bad, but the simple fact that one person entered the room assigned to me, went through my belongings, and then swapped the charger, shows the premeditation of the act. I hope the hotel takes appropriate action regarding the staff responsible for cleaning that room during my stay. Me habia gustado el servico del hotel hasta que me di cuenta que me robaron cargador de mi laptop HP y para que no me diera cuenta lo intercabiaron con otro de marca china. Desafortunadamente me di cuenta al llegar a mi casa, porque durante mi estadia en el hotel no tuve la necesidad de usar el cargador de mi laptop. El cual siempre deje en el closet del hotel, debajo de la ropa, lo que quiere decir que la persona que hizo la limpieza de la habitacion reviso mis cosas y las coloco tal cual yo las habia dejado.

I really enjoyed my experience at Wyndham Garden. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The free breakfast was one of my favorite parts. It’s very complete and you can get a fresh omelette. Also, the food at the restaurant is yummy. I tried the ceviche with patacones is delicious.

A Basic Airport Hotel: This hotel primarily caters to travelers arriving or departing from the airport. While its proximity to the airport is convenient, the lack of shuttle service is a significant drawback. Ironically, Uber fares to the hotel are higher than those to the walled city, despite the shorter distance. Room and Amenities: The rooms are compact in size. Cleanliness was questionable, with a noticeable stickiness on the floor. The breakfast offered was satisfactory. The hotel's location near the beach is a definite plus.

When we arrived the front desk person was kind and we arrived late. However when we got into our room the whole level smelled like mildew, the sheets were visibly dirty, I took photos. I went down to ask for another room the front desk agent sent a rep to go look with me to verify and then we returned and he gave us another key for a new room on the sea mildew/oldy smelling level. It was past midnight at this point but I just settled for another dirty bed (I had to use my own blankets) and sleep with the window open, the water did not get hot when it was time to shower in the morning. Would 0/0 recommend staying here

The hotel is clean, safe and located near the beach. It’s about a 5 minute taxi ride from the airport and downtown. The staff is absolutely amazing, kind, and professional. Did not have any problems with check in or out process. The lobby has an option to buy tour tickets at any time. And the guest services were amazing! Cannot complain at all!
