This hotel was a great getaway from the busyness of Cartagena! The staff was amazing - they provided complementary cold essential oil towels on the beach and fruit kebabs! The transportation to and from the boat went very smoothly and the hotel agent helped us order a ride back to the walled city after our getaway. The rooms were very nice as well. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing - croissants with gold flakes and endless options were a nice surprise. Honestly the best breakfast buffet we’ve ever had at a resort. The dinner was so-so… we ordered the catch of the day and pizza - both of which would not recommend. Maybe we just got a bad batch. The gym also had great equipment and was a nice vibe. We didn’t make it to any workout classes but it’s nice that they offer that. Overall, highly recommend!!

This is probably one of the best hotel reaper experiences I’ve had to date. The customer service is superb. They literally wait on you hand and foot. The food is delicious at Calablanca. EXCELLENT HOTEL… a bit overpriced but staff attention made it count… Access is peculiar, as the dirt road leading to the hotel hasn’t been developed. Otherwise, a SPECTAULAR hotel with amazing views and amenities. Pools are over the top. Food was excellent!
