"La razón de no otorgarle 5 estrellas es que primero aunque mi reservación fue de ultimo minuto ya que el hotel que había reservado no resultó ser lo que esperaba deberían tener todas las habitaciones limpias y la que nos otorgaron olía mucho a humedad como si por mucho tiempo no se habían cambiado las sábanas así que pedimos sábanas nuevas e hicimos la cama abrimos las ventanas un rato y todo bien a la hora de dormir, la otra cosa es que deberían tener mini refrigeradores para cada habitación ya...

"J'ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour à l'hostal, il n'y avait aucun irritant, tout fonctionne bien, les drains, la pression et la tièdeur de l'eau de la douche, la grandeur des salles de bain. Le lit était confo, l'espace intime avec des prises de courant. J'ai apprécié aussi l'endroit pour fumer. L'hostal est parfaitement bien situé au coeur du vieux Cartagène. Décoration très belle. J'y retournerais. La seule chose est qu'on ne m'a pas donné de couverture la 1re nuit, alors qu'avec la clim il vient...

"Hotel is situated in Slums part of the city and on a first glance looked terrible. The manager didn't knew English but they wrote they knew. neighbourhood is really dangerous and full of thieves and scary people. It was probably one of the worst experiences in my life. "Excellent bargain price for a central location within the historic district. Staff are helpful and kind. The advertised earlier check-in of 6am was very beneficial with my early arrival. I opted for the single room option and although it was rather basic, it did the job of providing a comfortable and safe place to stay. Would recommend for other budget travellers."
