We had the best girls' trip vacation! The hotel was beautiful. The grounds were amazing. We loved the wildlife, deer, and beautiful birds! The breakfast every morning was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed all the variety of fruit and offerings. We decided to visit annually as we had so much fun and made many memories. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we felt safe and well cared for the whole time. We would highly recommend it to everyone!

Glorious grounds, beautifully lit up at night. Loved the deer, cats, peacocks, parrots and cats wandering the gardens - and the friendly toucan, who came to the bar for a drink. The hotel room was spacious, not in the latest decor but perfectly fine. The food was plentiful and the bar menu was delicious. Easy taxi ride into Cartagena and for access to the Rosario islands. Wonderful destination for winter sun but brush up your Spanish!

Overall Beautiful resort , the rooms are a bit dated but not a big deal. They had a smart TV which was great! The breakfast buffet was OK. The pools were amazing! Definitely felt safe on the resort, many security guards were present externally and internally. Would recommend for a solo traveler for (safety purposes) couple or family.

The only difficulty was communication....if you don't speak Spanish you will find it hard to arrange services and tours in English

This hotel is an average hotel and many things should be improved for it to reflect the price you pay there. From staff to room - bathroom not working etc. if you expect an average hotel that is a bit worn out it is ok
