"Complimentary breakfast included was delicious and filling. The entire staff was friendly and so very accommodating. Beautiful views of the bay and walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. Walking distance to the clock tower entrance to the old city. Water pressure and temperature were my only “complaints” but I like my water hotter than most. This was a great place to stay and I do highly recommend it. "

"Stay was amazing I did not get a free upgrade but the room was perfect, Hugo and Osvaldo were super helpful and went out of their way to help me do my engagement photoshoot. I do recommend this place just no gym or elevator it’s a colonial house but it is perfect and close to everything. "

"Excellent stay and great staff. I asked for a quiet room and my room was quiet. I had the best sleep of my my one month stay in Colombia. Very convenient location as well. I will return for sure. Some areas for improvement: a little hectic during breakfast sometimes so I think they need to add more staff during busy season. "This place is great because it’s social and so many activities everyday. The rooms are nice and clean. As for the staff some of them Are very nice and friendly and than others they are a bit stand off. They look at you unfriendly and don’t really want to interact with you. But the really nice ones were amazing. Careful with the cafe at the hostel it is insanely expensive. Just go right outside and walk to the right and you’ll find food for 1/4 of that price and you can pay with card. "

"I had a lovely time at Zana Hotel. The check-in was efficient, and the staff was friendly. They spoke English. The hotel was small but clean, albeit it shows its age. "Absolutely lovely accomodation in the hip Getsemani area. It is in an old house, the rooms are clean and good (most important: they have AC!!). The restaurant (El Beso) is fabulous (try the shrimp kofte!), the breakfast is basic (egg dish arepas, coffee, juice) but I did not need more. The owners are absolutely lovely. "Location: by the sea wall. Where it is part of the walking tour, my room was room 11 has a balcony overlooking San Felipe Castle (20 mins walk from the hotel). Everything was within walking distance, 20 mins to the clock tower. Lots of dining options around the block. Airport is about 30 mins away with traffic, around 25,000 colombian peso (US$1 = 3,800 in money changer place). The area is safe as well, I travelled solo and no problems walking in the anytime. The most I was out was around 11pm....

"I really enjoyed my stay at Santuario Getsemaní Hostel. The mixed dorms were the most private I have experiances yet with walls on behind you and to either side and an adjustable blind at the front. Each bed has a small lock box inside for valuables, shelves and your own plug socket and light, it felt more like a room than being in a mixed dorm honestly. "I'll tell her isn't a great location if you want to stay in the old town. It's right around the corner from the clock tower. We had a lovely room with a beautiful balcony that oversaw the clock Tower. The only issue would be that it's very lively in the clock tower area at night and you can hear the party going on until very late. Otherwise the hotel was beautiful and very comfortable. The rooftop bar and pool were nice. And the breakfast was great and the staff was lovely."

"I absolutely love this property, the front desk ladies made my stay amazing. The room was clean ac worked great the hot water work perfectly. The area is close to everything! I walked everywhere, it’s very walkable no more than 10mins. I had split my stay three days in mood and three days in bocagrande. The day I checked out, I arrived in my hotel in Boca grande was highly disappointed in the hotel, especially with it advertising as luxury. iMessage one of the ladies on WhatsApp and ask him if I can get my room back in mood and she quickly booked a reservation for me. Now that’s customer service. I came right back to my room and cancelled the other hotel. I absolutely love the hotel and front desk ladies made me feel so safe and welcomed. Do yourself a favor and book the superior room, it’s worth it. You won’t regret picking this hotel! "
