"Affordable yet kinda small but for 1 person no complaints however the screen mirroring feature on the tv didn’t work and heads up Netflix,PrimeVideo,Hulu,and Disney Plus was all that worked in Japan get a VPN to watch other streaming services "

Economy room was small as expected but had all as described.Good breakfast.lovely roof top bar and terrace where we ate in evening, unsure where the French/ Italian restaurant mentioned in description was. Helpful staff very friendly. Be aware if raining or snowing!! They can't get taxis for you, but you can grab an Uber. Very happy with the hotel. The location I personally wasn't keen on as you had to walk past a number of Adult clubs and hotels. It was about 15 mins to the Shinjuku underground station and 3D cat."

"The room is on the smaller size compared to U.S. but definitely enought space for my family (2 teenagers, 1 toddler and my husband and I) The room is really clean and they brought us waters everyday. The hotel is really clean and my toddler loved the interactive wall in the lobby. The toidoir has a lot of things. After we checked out we locked our luggage and went to the shopping mall across the street. The train stations are connected to the hotel through a bridge which makes it easier to get around. The"

"Everything about the property was perfect. My only con is that it is far from everything and outside is not walkable. It is an airport property. Transportation though is amazing. If you're out late, you'll just need to catch a taxi to come back. I think on a long trip, I'll always stay the first two nights here and the last two nights here. But on my recent 5 night trip, I just stayed all the way through. Its just hard where if you wanted to rest during the day, you'd have to come all the way back and leave again. You'll need about an hour of commute time on the KK line to a JR line."
