Clean rooms and quiet. Small but that’s typical for Japan. Location is good, just a minute walk from the Oedo line and Hibiya line entrance. A few minutes walk from Tokyo Midtown mall.

Hotel room was fine, a little musty, but clean. Decent size rooms considering rooms in Japan are typically small. Helpful service and great location by Roppongi station. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores in walking distance.

TLDR: This is a perfectly acceptable hotel. Nothing too special, nothing bad. The Roppongi area is incredibly expensive, so I do not recommend staying here if you are on a budget (especially if you want a quick bite to eat like me, who did not research enough). The room was tiny (even for Japan) yet comfortable, and the HVAC was nice. The TV didn't really do anything unless you want to pay for a random TV service, but there were lots of freebies.

The hotel is in a small skyscreaper, only 2 slow elevators on the groud floor, access is from a lateral road with no sidewalk that can be dangerus for incoming car traffic. Labby is on the 2nd floor, staff is polite an available to accomodate guast request such as leaving some luggages while waiting the chackin hours. Room as always is very small but clean with confortable bed that can accomodate two. Bathroom is clean and shower has plenty of hot water. Our view was on another building so not much to say. Breackfast is good in the nearby bar, we suggest you to book it with your room, it has some Japan food and most of continental choices
