This was my second time checking in in this hotel it's very convinient close to the airport, they have shuttle bus, they have onzen and most of all staff are very friendly.

I love how there is a family mart on site, which helped with the convenience of getting snacks and drinks. The fact that the property also provides a city shuttle, as well as an airport shuttle also really helps. The room felt a little smaller than anticipated but overall, does the job.

Furnitures show wear and tear. The reception hall is nice. There is a Family Mart in the facility opens 24/7. Also there is free shuttle to nearby mall, and to Narita Terminal 1&2.

even though the decorations are quite out dated but the room is clean and beds are very comfortable. that outstanding hot spring is good for a long flight

While the rooms had a very 1967 vibe and showed a little wear and tear, they were comfortable. Hotel offered free shuttles throughout the day to the airport and a separate one to mall and train stations.
