"There were no hangers in the closet (room 719) and the floor was uneven outside the closet and from there towards the bed, Would be better to have big soap dispensers by the sink and shower instead of those little bottles. Two elevators, seemingly on separate systems - you needed to call them both to stand the best chance of getting one. None of this spoiled my stay, just little quirks that I hope it's useful to know about! Staff were excellent!"

"Excellent breakfast available at the hotel, along with options in the town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The jazz piano event at the other Meninas hotel was great! There a supermarket right across the street, and the Metro station is right down the street. I'd stay again."
