"One night stay between flights. Airport shuttle worked well. Hotel restaurant was great for dinner. Room was quiet and comfortable (bed and temperature). The gym was a little small but enjoyed the walking paths just out back of the hotel that connects you to a larger green space/park. Great walk in the morning."

The staff is iinvariably helpful and responsive - with both internal hotel matters and outside bookings and recommendations. Not in the very center of the city. Yet, the hotel is just a 15 mins trip from the airport and it has a short and easy public transport, walking and taxi connection to the central parts of Madrid, as well as to various parks and attractions around town.
