Historic Streetcar Inn

3.5 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (228)
"We booked this hotel for 2 nights, before our cruise. It is a lovely Victorian with charm and convenience. Being on St Charles Ave, the streetcar is right in front of the hotel. And right in the middle of the French Quarter and the Garden District of New Orleans. Restaurants, cocktail lounges, and shopping, are all within walking distance as well. Our host Diane was so helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We are looking forward to another stay here, next time we get to New Orleans. "

"Quaint, eclectic, funky...beautiful, CLEAN. The staff was AMAZING. 1/2 block to Charles Street Streetcar stop and restaurants. Parking lot was 2 houses away. Breakfast was FABULOUS both the hot and cold. The location was perfect and as senior citizens we felt perfectly safe walking home from the streetcar stop at 11:00PM. The inside courtyard is the perfect place for meeting other guests or just relaxing. It truly has a "family" feel and it is family owned and operated. WE WILL BE COMING...
