"We loved the set up of this property. It was between all the live plants, felt very serene. However, the staff at the front desk were rude. Our room was not ready for over 2 hours of the check in time. Which was inconvenient since we were there for a concert. "

"It is a lovely hotel with comfortable beds and linens. Smart decor. My complaint would be not having the room serviced. There is no placard to place on the door to ask to not be disturbed or to be cleaned. I went out early for the day and came back tired to rest at 4 that is when the maid came to clean and disturb me. Another note is no one at the main front door. It is a heavy door and when you have luggage and no one there it is not so welcoming."

It was located a 3 minute walk from the bus or street car and with multiple dining options around just a few minute walk away and only a 25 minute walk from bourbon street and other areas of the French quarter.
