"We always appreciate the personal welcome on the TV. The TV was easy to use; however, the remote in our room needed to be replaced. Our room on the 15th floor had a beautiful view of downtown. The view from the hall by the elevator was a gorgeous panorama of the Mississippi River bridge lit for night viewing. "We love this property! When in NOLA there is nowhere else to stay! We have stayed at the hotel many times, this was our first time in the Iberville tower (new rooms). The manager on duty explained it so well - you are a new or old tower person. We loved the room, it was perfect but we are old room people! We know next time to book old room - there is no bad room, we just love the old room's charm. The service was, as always, impeccable - the turn down service is so nice. Top notch service...
