"We had a great stay! nothing really beats staying right on St.Charles for mardi gras! all staff that i encountered were very friendly and helpful! I felt very safe in this location and hope to stay again soon. I did also want to mention that there are a lot of negative reviews for this hotel, due to its age, growing up not far from here I can say this is how most older hotels in the area are, it’s New Orleans people! stay at holiday inn if you want just a normal boring experience!...

"I loved how central the hotel was to both downtown and uptown New Orleans. Being a block from the streetcar line was a convenient way to get around during our stay. The Hotel itself was regal, with a wonderful granite-top lobby bar. "
