"The bath room was dirty, a pair of underware was behind the door and the corner behind the door had not been cleaned for sometime."

"The shuttle information is terrible. Got up to wait in a long line only to find out that people paid ahead of time for the shuttle, which was free. Nobody told us we could pay a fee to get on the shuttle list early. Luckily we were able to get a spot. This information should’ve been told to everyone not just a select a few."
