"We were there with 2 other friends for the EPIC snowstorm 2 weeks ago. The staff was great for our entire stay. While a lot of places were closed, they remained open. The kitchen wasn't open but they did cook some breakfast food for the guests. Monroe was excellent! We had a fantastic time and will be back when the weather is a bit warmer."

"Beautiful hotel and room. Good location. It was chilly and rainy during our stay. It was difficult to keep our room warm. Housekeeping did not enter our room when the privacy sign was NOT displayed resulting in no service during our stay. Granted, my husband was not feeling well and spent a lot of time in the room. But, I do not think it unreasonable to hope that they come in while we are not in the room and the door tag is not out."
