"Lovely, lovely stay. Staff were friendly, room was clean and quite spacious for New York, with comfortable bed and really nice bedding. The free breakfast was a great plus. And the location was outstanding! Easy access to every train line in NYC and great strolling on Smith St. for restaurants, Shelsky’s bagels, and great espresso joints. Except for the common sound of sirens and honking out on the street, the room was quite quiet, with huge windows looking at trees and sky. Our only complaint...

"Great location and friendly staff, but a few issues I really liked the location — it was super convenient — and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was nice and comfortable. However, the elevators were a bit of a hassle — only one was consistently working, and the other was on and off, which caused some delays. "From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed! The hotel is impeccably clean, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
