"The only downside of my stay was being asked to submit my credit card details in case i trashed the room , and also being asked for photo id. Which fortunately i had on me in the form of my O.A.P bus pass. I have stayed at a number of Easy Hotels around the country and never been asked for these items so it kind of felt a bit strange , other than that initial issue all good . "

Receptionist claimed I hadn’t paid (I had), then claimed the difference in price on her screen was due to currency conversion (I was travelling from Scotland). Keys given did not work. Lifts very temperamental. View from room was a derelict building covered in scaffolding. Breakfast very very busy and a tight layout. "
