"We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Upon arrival, we were offered canapés while we waited to check in. The doorman asked why we were visiting, and when I mentioned it was for my wife’s birthday, he kindly returned with a gift of chocolates for her. We loved the high ceilings in our room, and it was beautifully decorated. The bar area was stunning, and we enjoyed our drinks, although the £30 for two cocktails felt a bit pricey. I would definitely recommend this hotel; it deserves 5 stars! Additionally, the parking across the road for £13 for 24 hours was very convenient. The only downside was that using the pool required an extra fee."

"Lovely modern hotel with super friend staff and delicious breakfast. Parking deal with Q-Park across the road is really helpful. Great overnight stay before taking the ferry across to Manx. The rooms are modern and spacious too."

"Easy to check in, online then a quick check in at reception. Very close to Lime St so saves on taxis or walks, located well for bars, places to eat and shopping. Room was good, lovely view of St Georges Hall. We love the grand staircase area too"

"Went to Liverpool for the Beatles experience and this hotel delivered!! Walking distance to The Cavern Club as well as Beatles memorabilia throughout the hotel!! And easy walking distance to Beatles tour and waterfront. A real 10!!"
