"Very happy with the stay, a great location for bars and pubs etc, there is parking , but it is restricted to 1.8meters , I just wish the site said the measurements as the vehicle I had was 1.9 so was abit annoying but did find a NCP carpark close by, I did message and try to call prior but didn’t get a response. The shower and kitchenette was superb, if I wanted to be petty then the tv remote didn’t work very well and took ages to change channels but I really wasn’t too bothered about that I...

"Lovely overnight stay in Liverpool. Arrived early but had no issues checking in. It was nice that the travel cot I had requested was already set up in the room. Hotel itself is lovely with an incredible bathroom. Going to be spending lots of time in Liverpool in the near future and this will certainly be on my shortlist of options."

"The Richmond used to be a great property but feels neglected of late. Room given initially was so smelly, asked the manager and to his credit changed the room to something more pleasant. Overall, the cleanliness is not great, lots of visible damage to the hotel, but only stayed for one night so made do. Have stayed before an the hotel does have a nice wing which is newer but rest of it was poor and it's the second time I've needed a room change. "
