Great stay and wonderfull breakfast. Restaurant at the hotel had great food options. Hotel was on walking distance from the city center. Only point of feedback was that in our room there were no Windows that could be opened.

We use the hotel frequently and feel at home there. Especially like the atmosphere in the bar and invariably find ourselves chatting with other guests. Great location for the business district but only ten minutes from the Royal Albert Dock or the excellent city centre shops. Literally dozens of good restaurants within 15 minutes walk and its own MPW restaurant is also very good. Highly recommended

Great location and reception is stylish. Unfortunately the cleanliness wasn’t the best, there was someone’s old food in the room refrigerator and so that put me in doubt about the cleanliness of the whole room. The body wash needed to be refilled in the shower and the desk’s enamel was coming off and very unsightly.

Excellent location (15 minutes’ walk from Lime Street Station) and the welcoming, friendly staff who helped me with everything I needed from taxis that arrived in 2 minutes to borrowing an umbrella. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The Bar and bartender were very nice and enjoyed my glass of wine in the nicely appointed lobby
