"Firstly Jaslyn behind the bar was exceptional - very polite and helpful with a lot of local knowledge and very personable. She was our favorite. Everyone was polite and friendly and helpful though. The location is a block from Cavern Quarter in one direction, the docks in another, and the World Museum in another not to mention all the great pubs and restaurants in the area. It was a perfect location. (I downranked the condition and facilities as I would have liked a main light in the main bedroom, and the tv was unplugged so I had to plug the ariel back in and there is a bit of erosion on the wall paper just above the toilet in room 310 - but it was spotless and the shower was amazing and love the big pillows and having loads of them). "
