"What really made our stay special is kindness and attentiveness of the staff. We had large suitcases, and though the train station was a five minute walk, the front desk manager noticed us struggle walking uphill and came to our rescue with a hotel van, loaded and unloaded our bags. "The hotel was in the best location. Very close to the train station, restaurants and shops. Everything you needed. Room was very clean and comfortable. Was good having the basin outside the bathroom. Shower was small and very steamy as no ventilation. Very convenient location to see snow monkeys and go skiing. On site Onsen was great."
