"We only stayed here for one night. The location was super convenient. We didn't use the amenities much and didn't have breakfast at the hotel either. The room was super small. We managed as we had only a carry-on with us. Tall people or people with luggage might've found the room inadequate. Staff was very helpful, check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. "From the bullet train gate at Niigata Station to the front desk took no longer than a three and a half minute walk through the station complex. Lots and lots of shops and places to eat on the way. All hotel staff very efficient and polite. Room not huge as expected but very good spec. Room wasn't facing the station plaza/ bus terminus so very peaceful. Best of all, the hotel restaurant.
