"The food was mediocre but good presentation. Polite stuff. The onsen especially the family onsen stink. I think its from the water drainage or something. "

"Owner is very nice and recommended sightseeing places to us. He also contacted us in advance and warn us about the snow and recommend us to get snow tires. Wonderful breakfast. Only concern is the heater in the room wasn’t hot enough but cold is still beareable "
