Everything you want in a location. Close to main station, fast easy checkin, friendly and helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms (yes the pillows are a bit flat, but so what), very hot shower water, excellent onsen and sauna, close to everything, and endless dining options. Highly recommend!

The decoration is a bit old but the staff and the service made up for it. The staff spoke fluent English and are very helpful. The night soba (new year special) was very good. Complimentary desserts in room.

This hotel is located close to Matsumoto-station. If you visit to this hotel by train, it will be no problem but if you visit here by car, you will need to pay parking fee for 1,000 JPY a night. Compared to other business hotel, the room is a little bit smaller than other hotels and the breakfast menu is not as good as other business hotels. However, most of the service and facilities are good enough and satisfied it.
