"The resort was first class. We loved the Onsen which they had both private and public. They had no restrictions on Tattoos. The breakfast was great and we saved a lot of money on dinners since they had free wine, soups, miso, udon, etc every afternoon. "

"Spent 4 nights and was very satisfied with my stay. The breakfast and dinners were buffet style in a large cafeteria, with a very nice selection of different options each day. The semi-enclosed hot bath (gender segregated) was nice, though the view is restricted only to the very top of the tree line. "Room I stayed had beautiful view of ski resort, but it was very quiet, also how they arranged the bathroom and toilet and wash basins was very nice to shared by two persons and with privacy. Also hotel offered very nice public bath, which I would like to recommand very highly. However, choice of food could of been wider, but all and all this place was alot better located and offed better food than other hotels I stayed at Karuizawa before."

"It was a dirty horrible dump with stained blankets no shuttle bus broken dryer and 5 broken vending machines.Would highly recommend to stay away. Checked in for 10 days only given 1 towel per guest for that time"

"Lovely stay in small outfit. Japanese style futon beds was a new experience but a little hard. Service was excellent as was the breakfast and dinners. Conveniently located 5 mins from echigoyuzawa station. Aside from hourly shuttle provided by hotel, the ski rental shops do provide complementary pickup and drop off; in addition to the inter-resort buses which operate from the station. "
