"Amazing property!! Our room was so peaceful, very spacious, and very renovated. One of the best hotels in Japan that I have stayed in. Onsen was beautiful! Right next to a great outlet mall! Lots to do around the area. We were able to bus and uber around the property."

"I have stayed in this hotel many times in the past before the pandemic. Each times, I have stayed for at least several days at a time and never really had any issues with this hotel. This time, most of the usual employees that worked here are gone and I feel like they are operating with skeleton crew. There was no issue with the service and all, but I felt like this time the room had less amenities than before. It's still a good hotel, but sadly I think their glory was a thing in the past. "

"Awesome ski in and out property, if you take the train and get off at the closest station they have a shuttle bus that takes you to the resort"
