Just few steps off the JR Nagano station, you don’t even have to walk outside of building. This hotel is so close and convenient to get to. Shopping and dining area is so close by. I highly recommend if you ever have to go to Nagano. 10/10.

Hotel is literally next to Nagano JR station. I can’t imagine it being any more convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast buffet was excellent as well.

I have stayed here before, and I will certainly consider staying here again when I next visit Nagano-ken. The hotel is right next to the Nagano Station. I was able to park my rental car easily in the basement garage (1,000 yen per day). Check-in was quick. A guest can walk to many nearby stores and restaurants. Overall, I had a nice stay. Thanks!

Locality to train station cannot be beat- don’t even need to go outside if cold. Restaurants of all sors nearby. Like all hotels in Japan, it was clean. The rooms are a little dated and carpet could use a change. Staff were very friendly. Cost of laundry service was outrageous (think, Boston 5-star prices), and I believe I was over-charged but that was too difficult to covey with my extremely limited Japanese (my problem, that theirs.. it is Japan after all), so I paid if the “extra” $30 USD. Great place if you need a convenient take off spot in the region.

Great spot to discover Nagano and area
Super convenient hotel for a stay and visit Nagano. The hotel is connected to the Nagano train station and mall, with supermarkets and loads of restaurants to choose from. It’s a great spot to visit the city, as well as to take the 70 bus to the Togakushi shrines (which I highly recommend!)

Check in was fast and friendly. Breakfast buffet worth the price. They had ice cream, lychee, even free sake 😊,plus western and Japanese options. Santa Claus was position near bread station. From elevator exit to Midori Shopping Mall took less than 15 seconds from 2nd floor. Don Quixote less than 2 minutes outside hotel. Can’t beat this location and price
