We appreciated the helpfulness and patience of the staff member that day. She and another staff member were there at check-in at 3:00 and again they were so helpful. We would stay there again. The hotel is also so convenient due to being in walking distance to Atami Station as well as to bus and taxi hubs."

"Hotel is located near the bus stop which makes it easy to catch the bus from Shin-Fuji station if you arrive by Shinkansen. View of Mount Fuji from the hotel room was amazing! Very glad I picked the room with the Mount Fuji view. Staff were very friendly. There is a strict 3pm check in however you can leave your luggage if you arrive early. You just take off your shoes when entering past the lobby up to your room. You must give you shoe locker and room keycard at front desk whenever you leave the hotel. This is a good system to make sure you don’t lose your room keys when traveling outside. Free breakfast was included and it is common Japanese style breakfast buffet. Coin Laundry is great as there is also a dryer. "
