"Very luxurious and relaxed hotel. The staff were very polite and attentive. I used the valet parking which was super convenient. They upgraded me to a suite free of charge which was a nice touch. The room was huge and well stocked with toiletries and plenty of space. "

"We booked to stay here for 20 nights with a 6 month old baby. In advance of this, I had emailed asking to confirm the suitability of the cot and high chair. I was assured they were suitable by the hotel management. Upon arrival, we found out this was NOT the case, the cot was supplied with a soft pillow and the high chair was unsafe for a small baby. "this is a wonderful boutique hotel and a beautiful section of town rooms were large and comfortable. Bathroom and showers were excellent. Staff was great. Breakfast was delicious all in all a wonderful experience."

"The young staff at the desk were very polite, professional, and engaging. The flat was clean and offered all one would need for quick prep of food. The location is very good, especially if you enjoy the many museum in the area. It was a perfect location for us! The location of our particular flat was in a small side col-de-sac off of Brompton street. Not much of a view from the terrace, but the quiet it provides for sleeping is priceless!!! I recommend it! My only complaint was upon check-out....
