The only complaint would be to have to deal with the timeshare sales people in order to get your parking pass. Waste of time and too hard of sales that don't give you the opportunity to say no. Very annoying.

This was our third time staying. It’s a very convenient location for WDW and having the space of an entire small condo is well worth the drive. I also appreciate that they text asking if anything is needed after your first day. My only complaint is this time, I was forced to go to the “concierge” desk after checking in to get my parking pass. I’ve never had to do this before and even watched the front desk give a parking pass to another couple checking in later so I’m not sure why I was forced to do this. The concierge desk had a woman who basically gives you a timeshare/vacation pitch while printing your parking pass. Did not care for her tactics at all. Also be aware of the $15 daily resort fee and $200 deposit which you have to pay upon checking in. Not a deal breaker for us, but good to know.

We stay here often when we visit Orlando, the property is less than 15 mins away from Disney and 20 mins from Universal. The units are huge and most of them have been newly renovated. The staff is amazing and the grounds are always clean. Perfect for families with kids. Beds are comfortable and the unit is always very clean.
