"We had a great stay at the Palazzo for our family of 4 7 night trip for Disney! The hotel and rooms were clean and exactly as pictured and the breakfast was really good! We had a rental car and the hotel was located within a 15-20 minute drive from all the parks with easy access to a bus stop and to plenty of shops and restaurants! The only minor things we noticed were that the hallways didn’t seem to be air conditioned, but the room’s AC and the breakfast area’s and lobby all worked great. There is also someone stationed at the front door that will try to sell you park tickets, some were more aggressive than others but not a huge deal, otherwise the staff and service were great!"

"Everyone was very kind the property was beautiful with a playground and pool and so much to do with the kids when you just need a break. I will say that they do not clean the room everyday only every 3 days and so that was a little off putting but they did give us fresh towels. Also don’t expect much for breakfast it was ok with eggs and some meat choices but the Mickey waffles were a favorite with my family. They also have a Starbucks on site which is nice which I will say I was grateful for as the coffee served in breakfast was not great. Seriously would stay here again from the service to the amenities and how close it is to everything and the price! "
