"clean and big room, front desk staff were friendly and helpful, helped us secure a cab in early morning. room is quite spacious, sufficient space to open up 2 luggages, no need to tiptoe around each other. quite well equipped with amenities should you decide to stay longer than a few days. washroom was clean and well functioning. reasonably near shinjuku-gyoenmae station about 10min walk. immediate surroundings is quiet. "I would stay here again if I land in narita, the rooms are very large compared to most transit hotels in Japan. The staff was awesome because I was hot in my room and couldn’t manage to open the window. They saw my thermostat to the lowest temperature and opened my window when making the room. I didn’t have time to check out because I was racing back to the hotel to grab the shuttle back but everything runs on time and it’s swift and orderly:) 10/10"

It is situated within a five minute walking distance of the Shinjuku station, though one needs to take the right gate out to be closest to it, (that would be the South gate of the original station). The room is of reasonable size by Japanese standards, and the nightly fare is within the range that one would expect for a prime area like this.
