"Personal super amable, el tren que lleva al aeropuerto esta a 4 minutos caminando de la estacion. Lugar es seguro de día y noche. El hotel muy limpio la cama confortable y los cuartos tienen shampoo, acondicionador, jabón, cepillo de dientes y pasta, pantuflas, secadora de pelo. "We stayed here to be close to Tokyo Disney and Disney Sea on our trip vs. taking train from Tokyo. We stayed on the 8th floor facing the direction of Hotel Okura and Toy Story Hotel. The hotel staff was supportive, friendly and patient. Though we were early for our check-in, we are able to place our bags at the bell desk.
