"The room services housekeeping makes the beds every day, refreshes new towels, empty the garbage and replenishes 2 new fresh bottled water complimentary on the house every time we came back to the hotel room after out sightseeing in Tokyo. The check-in counter representatives are very polite and very welcoming. The concierge bowed to us all the time until the elevator door closed. What an impeccable, extraordinary hotel and outstanding service !!!!!! Very modern too. WOW !!! I rest my case. Shinjuku Prince Hotel is right next to all tourist attractions. E.I.
