"We only stayed at Hotel Gracery because my son is obsessed with Godzilla. So it was disappointing to find out at arrival that the terrace was closed. The room was small, but the location made up for it. It is in a livelier part of Shinjuku, but we felt safe walking around whether it was late at night or early morning. Because of the location we would stay here again"

"Efficient checkin. Large twin beds was nice. Room very cramped. There was a very large wicker hanging chair that took up a ton of needed space and totally unnecessary. The walls in the room were damaged and the room smelled mouldy. Window does not open for fresh air unfortunately. More elevators required as often there was a wait. On a positive not the room was vault like quiet at all times which was a wonderful reprieve from chaotic Shinjuku"

"Rooms are very clean, but small. Nice size bathroom. Comfortable bed and bed linens. There is a kettle in the room so we picked up tea bags in the lobby. Lots of personal items available in the lobby at no charge. Staff spoke some English, so we were able to communicate okay. Front counter staff as well as cleaning staff were very friendly and courteous. Good location with shopping within walking distance at the Shinjuku train station. Lots of restaurants in the area. "

"Great stay at APA hotel - the rooms are a bit small for two people. This location is very central to shopping, food, train stations. Appreciated the little amenities and supplies they left in the room for our stay. "

"It is my mistake that i accidentally booked a 'love hotel' which I didn't mean to. It was an interesting experience. The room was spacious for Tokyo standard, clean with good amenities but this place is more for couples using it by hours, and it may not be the most suitable for international travellers."
