Easy access to trains subways and local shopping. Easy walking to many areas. Family mart located next to hotel so that was a plus in grabbing a quick snack. "Had a window that leaked in the cold winter air & also the noise from the neighbouring open area. This area has ALOT of noise pollution (performances, advertising, crowds,godzilla lol) going on till quite late,mostly up until midnight. It would be alot worse in the warmer months compared to winter when I was there."

"This is a "love hotel" while it is pretty big space wise for Tokyo the bed is not very comfortable as I do not believe the purpose is for sleeping. Anyway it is nice and secure the staff is very nice and helpful. The bathroom and shower facilities are great and everything was very clean. If you are looking for something budget friendly give this place a try. "
