"As an older woman travelling alone (Mayo cancer patient), I love the fact that one has to have a reservation to go to hotel floors - makes me feel much safer Also, the valet parking is perfect and the staff at JAX Beach is terrific - especially Cole, who is kind, efficient and thinks of the "little things" that made my travels to Mayo from Margaritaville easier and more comfortable Please recognize Cole for his personal skills with guests and also his supervision of an excellent staff I will continue to stay at Margaritaville for my upcoming treatments and procedures. "We stayed overnight during a trip to Jacksonville, FL, to visit friends. We had a nice stay. Everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.This hotel does not offer a free breakfast, but you can order from a breakfast menu available in your room and pick up in the lobby. We opted to eat at a nearby Waffle House. "
