"Originally, I chose this hotel because of location, 8 min walk to our meeting place for our Viator excursion to Mount Fuji. Service, breakfast, and cleanliness is awesome. There is a 7-11 store towards the back/basement of the hotel, which is very convenient. Walking distance to Nishi-Shinjuku train station and bus stop. We booked Airport Limousine bus ($22 per person) as transportation to Narita airport, and pick up location is at Hilton Hotel nearby, about 1 block away. I will stay at this...

"Rooms were comfortable (a little small compared to hotels in America) but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Good amenities and an inexpensive buffet available for purchase. "Friendly and cosy hotel with good breakfast, and 5mins from Shin Okubo station. Easy to check in and small but comfortable room. Kabukicho can be a bit loud in the early hours of the morning (lots of parties and people on the sesh) but the hotel itself was lovely and great to stay in."

"Had a window that leaked in the cold winter air & also the noise from the neighbouring open area. This area has ALOT of noise pollution (performances, advertising, crowds,godzilla lol) going on till quite late,mostly up until midnight. It would be alot worse in the warmer months compared to winter when I was there."

Love this hotel

"We love this hotel. This is the second time we stayed. Everything was excellent. Our children love it the most. Connected to a mall with lots of restaurants, fun shops, arcade. Great spa and onsen, good buffet, free airport shuttle service, close to train station, and well-staffed. The only con was the type of room we want wasn't available (4 single bed). The alt room (2 single, 2 tatami mats) was cute but we are not used to sleeping on hard floor so it was very uncomfortable."

"Family of 4 (2 teenagers), we were out most of our stay exploring Tokyo. Thus, we used the hotel just to sleep. Located close to several subway lines, about 5-7 minutes walk to each station. There’s a family-mart across the street for snacks or drinks, and many nearby restaurants. About 30 minutes away from Shinjuku, Shibuya and Tokyo Station. Would stay again. "
