"The helpful friendly staff were amazing and went out of their way to help. The room was quite nice, a little small and no wardroom but it was ok for short visits. It would be nice if they had onsite The kettle and cups were in the room but no tea or coffee, you had to go to reception to get tea and coffee. "

"Excellent location, staff, and rooms with complimentary water and slippers. Only issue was a few areas of the room could use more cleaning. A few surface spaces were dusty and floor needed vacuuming, especially at the air purifier. One set of pajamas also had stains and was yellow compared to the second set of pajamas. Overall, loved my stay and will come back. Very affordable and lovely hotel. "

"Was quiet and clean and a good walking distance from shops and transport. The Onsen bath was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious but as a foreigner i wasnt sure how to prepare most of the breakfast items. Some information/instructions with pictures from a QR code would be useful. "We liked that the hotel was modern and the staff very friendly and very convenient. What we didn’t like was the room size it was a lot smaller than anticipated. Comaparing sizes on the internet it was saying it was similar to another hotel we had stayed at and that may be true but the extra space was in the bathroom where you don’t need it. We found there was no space to put your bags. Ok for a one night stay but no longer."

"This hotel is very close to the train station as well as a Family Mart and 7Eleven. The food options in the are arent the fanciest if that is your thing, but there are good places to try tonkatsu or yakiniku etc. The hotel breakfast was also good. I was able to do laundry which was not expensive and the bed was probably the biggest Ive personally slept in in Japan. For this kind of hotel it was a very good deal."

"I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Trend Omiya. Being a "business hotel", the room was compact and well organized with the essential amenities, but most importantly, it was clean at all times. The location is great: only a 5-minute walk from Omiya Station's East exit and in a quiet block. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel Trend Omiya is a hidden gem, super affordable and convenient. I would definitely stay there again! "

"I stayed here for a few days using it as a base to get to Tokyo without staying in Tokyo itself. The area seemed really vibrant and there is a music venue close to the hotel, although I didn’t stay to see any performances. The staff were helpful with checkin/checkout but that was my only interaction with them. The room was a good size for my needs too."
