"We love this hotel. This is the second time we stayed. Everything was excellent. Our children love it the most. Connected to a mall with lots of restaurants, fun shops, arcade. Great spa and onsen, good buffet, free airport shuttle service, close to train station, and well-staffed. The only con was the type of room we want wasn't available (4 single bed). The alt room (2 single, 2 tatami mats) was cute but we are not used to sleeping on hard floor so it was very uncomfortable."

"Very convenient to trains, shoppers, dining. Very walkable! A block away from scramble. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My only criticism is with the room, I dropped an earbud and it rolled under the bed. It was disgusting underneath and the room was underwhelming. Not what I expected for the rating. There was damage in the bathroom, walls in the room and dated furniture. "

"It was a great stay!! New hotel with the latest fitting in technology. Great that they have a laundry area as well. Enjoyed myself, close to great places. 7/11 just across the road. We even walked for about 10- 15 mins from Tokyo Station. Would definitely stay again when in Tokyo!! "

"All day place is very comfortable, clean, and has welcoming staff. The size of the room was great for a couple. Location is perfect for exploring Shibuya, with easy access to Shinjuku, and Harajuku. The food in the hotel is a little pricy for the quality, the vending machine was completely empty, and filtered water is only in one location without a vessel to bring it back to your room. Small inconveniences for an otherwise delightful stay. Would recommend. "

"This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel and I have loved it every single time. Staff is wonderful and helpful and kind. The rooms are spacious enough for two people if you aren't too picky. Everything in the room is nice and clean. Will stay here again."

"Hotel is very nice and great for staying. Parking is not free if you wish to bring your vehicle. Not a lot of options to eat and shop around the actual area. Overall was a great experience."

"Great location right next to train station. Neighborhood has lots to do and is not a tourist trap area. Hotel was very clean and modern. Loved the view of Mt Fuji from my room, the bathtub and pjs that were provided. Will stay here again when traveling to Tokyo!"
