"Lovely stay in an excellent spacious room even with 2 teenage sons. Staff were friendly and generous with all our requests and needs. Location was easy to use as a base for touring around Tokyo with a more relaxed local feel. Will come back!!"

"The room was a good size for our family of 4 and we liked that the toilet, shower and sink were in separate spaces. Had a small kitchenette which was helpful. Staff was friendly and location was good. The only complaint was the washer/dryer combo didn’t work. Spent a lot of time waiting for the clothes not to dry…would not recommend using their laundry. "

"Staff is friendly. Washer and dryer are new in the bathroom, very convenient. The room is clean and has everything you need. Relatively spacious for 4 ppl. Walk to Ueno is about 7-10min, transportation is convenient as well. The kitchen has all the dishes and utensils, refrigerator and microwave oven. Definitely would recommend it."
