"Front desk staff was excellent and greatly enhanced my stay! The property is under renovation which is much needed- in particular, in the room the bedroom portion looks nice but the bathroom has missing drain plugs and generally looks run down, but it’s a good value place to stay with great proximity to the Convention Center and Theme O Parks. "

"Great stay. Convenient to everything. Walkable to many restaurants. As a handicapped person, this hotel offers a large room, wheelchair accessible with all safety features. This is important. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I found the breakfast above average. I will be back."
