"We love the Ritz Carlton one of the most beautiful and luxurious Hotels my wife and I stayed at and we have been to several countries and the Ritz is definitely in the top 3 the only thing I would change is the bed is rock hard which is important for a good night sleep so I would request a different mattress if available when I return but love the place!"

"The hotel was nice . The check in was a disaster , we stood in line for over half an hour when there was only about four people in front of us . That was the last thing we needed after a long international flight . I felt sorry for the two members of staff who were trying to check people in , answer the phone and deal with other guests problems ."

"It was a nice stay. The rooms are a little outdated but they were working on some rooms so maybe they are renovating but staff was friendly I had a quick easy check in. They gave nice coupons "
