"The property was a resort with beautiful grounds and pools. I was there for a conference and the facilities were very good. Only issue was no hot water one day due to mechanical failure but it was repaired. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend this property. "

"Our stay couldn’t have been better for the price! The pool is quite large, although busy during the afternoon hours. Nice sand volleyball court, poolside bar, and restaurant, though we never got there. You get vouchers for breakfast at the restaurant. Our room door took some work to open and close, but was secure. Our fridge went out on our second day, but maintenance came and fixed it quickly. Overall it was a good stay!"

"Great location! Room was big, beds super comfortable and room was serviced every day, which is a lovely treat! We developed a leak in our room due to tropical storm rain and we were moved to a new room, right next door, within minutes. No noise from outside can be heard in the rooms and the air con is powerful. The hotel feels a little tired, but that won't detract from your stay. Breakfast buffet has a great selection and fresh food is being brought out continuously. The surrounding area has numerous great bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk and there's always taxis on hand at the front door if you need a lift. The free shuttle bus to Universal is an added bonus and the shop is great for snacks & drinks. We've stayed in other Rosen properties before and this one has topped the list so far. We will be back again."
