"In general, we enjoyed our stay as the condo was clean and comfortable. Only 15 minutes to Universal Studios which was great!! Our only complaints: (1) Internet speed was absolutely horrible - worse than dial. up. When I tried to get support, I was told to reboot the router, which did not make a difference. A speedtest showed 1 MB/s. (2) The gym was horrible - tiny room, no airflow, and the treadmill wasn't even working."

"The apartment was great! It had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Easy check-in and check-out. We felt safe and comfortable. And most (if not all) of the major attractions in Orlando are very close! You can see Universal Studios, Epic Universe, Icon Park, and more directly from the windows. We will be staying in this apartment next time we are in Orlando! "

"Love love love the location of this property. It is perfect for if you’re visiting Universal Studios like my party was… However, there are more cons than pros in my opinion. There was mold in apartment, especially in the bathrooms (which I’m sure is due to lack of ventilation and humidity) as well as finding a dead cockroach in the restroom. While some of the unit seemed somewhat recently updated/renovated… The entire building was run down and outdated. The beds were pretty comfortable but...

"My family had a great time staying here. It was clean, easy to navigate, plenty of parking, and rooms are just like the pictures. The only issue we had was for check in. We received an email before we got there saying “Sign up for your digital key and go straight to your room when you arrive.” Which we did thinking it would save some time, and wow how convenient. This in fact did not work at all and ended up wasting our time as we tried to use it. So, please everyone, don’t listen to that email...

"The unit was efficient. Smaller than I thought it would be, but it had two bedrooms and baths that were great. Comfy beds! Bathrooms excellent! We used the pull out sofa. It was convenient and we appreciated the sheets. It was easy to hear EVERYTHING from room to room. There was a lot going on in the hallway, too. Other guests were knocking on our door - teenagers.
