"If I could give zero stars I would. I made reservations in April 2023 for our stay November 2023 (this was based on 4-star reviews). I was told by the host I would receive instructions to access the property but never received them. I emailed the host 24 hours prior to arrival, no response. VRBO attempted to make contact three times (via email and phone), they also received no response from the host. My recommendation - do not book this location."

"This was a nice room, but the building was very run down, it could use some upgrades. Our room was clean, there were a few things wrong and they offered to come fix them the next day, but I told them there was no need since it wasn't an emergency. It has a great view of a lake and Universal. There is no oven and the washer and dryer are on either the 3rd or 4th floor, not in the unit like the description says. We didn't have to check in, you could just go straight to the room but we just wanted...

"I've stayed at the enclave 4 times now. Both VRBO and rooms that the enclave own. This is the best 2 bedroom I've stayed in so far. The only complaint I can give is it's managed by casiola property management and they waited until the day of my arrival to ask for some additional things through email. I basically had 5 hours to reply or my reservation was going to be cancelled."

"Hard to find clean pet friendly"

"This is a great little condo in a good location, close to several dining options and attractions, including Universal. Ruben was a great host, very friendly and very quick to respond. Condo has everything we needed, including pool towels and some water and snacks, which was really nice. Check-in and check-out process was easy. Having doorcodes and not needing keys also. Pool and hallways could use an update. airconditioning unit is a bit noisy. Would definitely recommend for family or 2 couples....

"This was a very well priced apartment in a great location to all the parks and shopping centers. The check in process was fast and easy. We had a plumbing issue during the stay that was fixed quickly. Communication with management was very prompt and professional. The check out process was very smooth. The only downside of the apartment was extremely slow WiFi which did make somethings a little more difficult. Overall though this was a great stay! "
