"After a very exhausting couple of days of my trip, it was a delight that they allowed me to have a very early check in, so I could take a nap in the middle of the day, much needed. The room was cold and crispy clean. Especially thankfull to Aliya for arraging all of that with me over the phone before leaving at the end of her shift. Definetly my place to stay when going to Orlando. "

"The hotel was nice . The check in was a disaster , we stood in line for over half an hour when there was only about four people in front of us . That was the last thing we needed after a long international flight . I felt sorry for the two members of staff who were trying to check people in , answer the phone and deal with other guests problems ."
