"Great, clean, convenient place to stay--staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast solid (bacon better than sausage). Only negative I'd have is that the pillows (there were 4-5 of them!) are a bit deflated/flat with no support. Yes, I did stack them which helped...but their quality just doesn't fit in with how nice the rest of the facility is. Bathroom/shower fantastic. Could also use a TV channel listing, as it takes long minutes to find specific channels. Also, no Golf Channel, which kind...

"Super pet-friendly without the extra deposit! Puppydog poop everywhere outside the hotel. Don't step onto the grass, especially in the back. I saw one dead cockroach in the hallway on the first stay, then the second stay I saw a couple of smushed roaches in the room and one black roach walked into the room heading for the doggie bowls. Other than that, it is one of the best hotels for folks who want a budget-friendly stay with your furbabies. "

"The location is great around everything the staff was great and friendly, the room could’ve been better,they switched my room to a new one because of some issues with out a problem but the new room the bathroom wasn’t in the best condition and full of black mold but I didn’t want to complain too much."

"Good location, there is a shuttle that goes to Universal Studio everyday for free. Breakfast is free and not bad but it would be better with more variety. Some of the staff working in the breakfast area were rude, and possibly racist because I noticed that they would only say hi to white people. However the people at front desk were nice and helpful. I would stay here again."

The bed and pillows were SOOO comfortable! As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe. The breakfast was satisfying and while I didn't take advantage of the amenities, there were way more than any hotel I've ever been to!"
